Tracy Lineback

Tracy Lineback a Southern California native and Laguna Beach resident, earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Loyola Marymount University with an emphasis on advertising and communications. Described as personable, trustworthy and loyal, Tracy combines her local expertise to serve her clients well. Her own personal experience with aging parents lead her to pursue her SRES designation and help seniors in need. She quickly came to understand that seniors often have no family nearby to help with a home transition or do not want to burden their loved ones. Tracy compassion toward the senior community allows her to gain trust with her clients and help them move on to the next chapter of their lives with selling their home and guiding them with services to make this transition easier and to enjoy life. She is a supporter of Lifelong Laguna, LRE/CAF( Laguna Real Estate/ Charitable Assistance Fund) and UCLA Women’s Water Polo, as well as donating a percentage of her commissions to the Charitable Foundation at Berkshire Hathaway.
