🔒Home Team Members Weekly Connection

This training session is designed for professionals who are part of the Home Team network through APlan2Age. The goal of this session is to equip members with the tools, messaging, and collaborative approach needed to effectively support homeowners and families navigating aging decisions.

During the training, we’ll review the mission of APlan2Age, the role each professional plays on the Home Team, and how we work together to provide proactive education around aging in place, downsizing, and transitioning into community living. Members will also learn how the partnership with Senior Spaces TV helps visually educate homeowners and how the local Home Team can bring these resources to their communities.

This session will ensure all Home Team members are aligned, prepared to collaborate, and ready to serve as trusted local resources for families planning for the future.
